Robots Are Coming To Evil Bear’s Near Future Wargame
December 12, 2015 by brennon
Joining a host of modern military soldiers and other piece of near future technology Evil Bear Miniatures are working on some Robots which will be taking to the field of battle next year. If you've played the latest Black Ops for Call of Duty then you'll both love and hate these tin cans...
Keeping with a theme of early projects for the news today this is again, a first look at the way the Robots will appear. I would hope that the stances have been tweaked for the final release to make them look a bit more dynamic for example.
I could see these filtering into all manner of interesting scenarios for near future warfare. You could replace all of the human guards with these Robot sentries with their better hearing and more scripted responses to enemies. It could make for a different challenge.
What do you think of them?

Yeah looks like a chinese ripoff of Chappie
I’ve got the 15mm power armor suits from the Evil Bear, and they’re amazing quality for the scale, I can only hope those mechs will be released in that scale too.
Hi ! wow didnt even know these images got out there !!
these are very early concept images, so no posing done, and litterlay just a raw concept and idea we where playing around with.
I have aproved some parts and not others.
posing starts once the concept is together and im happy.
plan is 28mm scale to fit with the suits. 🙂
