Resistance Fighters & Jedburgh Teams For 02 Hundred Hours!
January 4, 2023 by brennon
Grey For Now Games dropped a few little previews before 2022 was out that set the scene for an exciting 2023 for 02 Hundred Hours. Their World War II Historical skirmish wargame of sneaking and infiltrating is going to be getting some new expansion packs!

When it comes to releases, one is going to be a new set focusing on the Partisan Resistance Fighters, battling against the occupation of their country by the German army. One such miniature that will be coming to that expansion is this lady above who is armed with a silenced Webley pistol!
As well as the Resistance Fighter expansion landing this year, we're also going to get an awesome set featuring Jedburgh Teams!

I didn't know much about the Jedburgh Teams but after a little bit of research, they seem like an awesomely cinematic way to dive into a bit of World War II action on the tabletop. A Jedburgh Team was an allied unit consisting of three men more often than not. You'd have a Commander, an Executive Officer and an NCO that served as a Radio Operator.
It was usual for one of the Officers to be British or American whilst the other would be from the country where they were going to be deployed. The Radio Operator would then be of any nationality but it would be handy to have someone who knew the language of course.
These teams then were parachuted in at night and would meet up with Resistance Fighters like the one above. They would work behind enemy lines, disrupting German movement and liaising with Allied command. They could also bring in arms and ammunition to help the Resistance who were fighting on the ground.
If there was ever going to be an excellent idea for expanding 02 Hundred Hours, this is it! I can't wait to see how this all plays out on the tabletop.
Are you enjoying 02 Hundred Hours with your group?

The premise is excellent, but the faces of both those figures look really weird.
The eyes are wrong.
Too much botox ?
