Stoessi's Heroes has turned their attention to the US Airborne with their three newest releases. We'll start off with US Airborne First Lieutenant – Clifford Carwood Lipton.

Known as 'The Man' by his men, he was known by the rest of the soldiers in Easy Company as a great soldier who pushed them on towards greater heroics and managed to keep their spirits high.

Staying with Easy Company we also have Lynn 'Buck'  Compton who fought alongside his men on the beaches of Normandy, charging a German gun battery on Utah, disabling the guns and securing the advance inland.

Last but not least we have Denver Randleman who was given the nickname of 'Bull' due to his immense stature.

According to Richard Winters, he was one of the best soldiers ever under his command and even though he got separated from his men during Operation Market Garden he was able to survive the night and rejoin Easy Company soon.

If you like the idea of collecting together the characters from Easy Company and painting up some of these larger than life characters, this looks like a good start.

What do you think of the three new releases?
