World War I British Infantry // Wargames Atlantic
This set allows you to build thirty British Infantry which are armed with suitable weapons for the period. That means you get to run with Lee Enfield Rifles, Webley Pistols, Lewis Guns, a whole host of Grenades and plenty of Trench Clubs for good measure. You've got everything for going over the top and assaulting an enemy trench.

As well as being good for taking on the trenches of Europe, you could also use these British Infantry miniatures to represent fighters battling in Arabia as well if you liked. As well as being useful to represent those regular folks slogging through the mud, there are plenty of bits in here for representing officers as well. You can also strap gasmasks to these folks and make sure they avoid the deadly smog!

The miniatures were sculpted by Gia Huy and the painted examples that you see here have come from Matthew Leahy. Plenty of the research was done by Wayne Peter Bollands and then the cover illustration came from the talented Peter Dennis. I think this is an excellent kit which has been well worth the wait.
I have always liked the idea of starting up a smaller World War I force and this is going to be the catalyst to get that started. I also have some plans to do something a little bit Fantasy with them as well. I'd love to take them and do a "Fellowship" of soldiers where you have an Aragorn, Sam, Frodo and such with a few Fantasy weapons added into the mix. I reckon that could be a fun kitbash!
Will you be having a look at this World War I British Infantry set?

I wasnt interested in this set because I have a Western front British force but then I noticed the Wolsley helmets for the middle east. Great option to take them to another location. I will have to get a couple of boxes now. I find two boxes gives you enough for Blood and valor minus the heavy machine gun options. Well worth it.
Like em. These are on going the list for VBCW.
I love how this set also has the pith helmet option as well
these are great and agree would suit VBCW among other games so a handy versatile set to have in ones collection – 30 detailed minis with lovely options, i love wargames Atlantic?
Don’t forget lads when I blow the whistle change forward to the enemy.
