Perry Miniatures Mount Up On World War II Bikes
February 26, 2016 by brennon
Perry Miniatures have a selection of new riders for your World War II games. However, these chaps aren't mounted on horses but motorbikes. The first of these is a BMW Motorbike (Sidecar & Helmets)...
As well as this German biker set we also have the same BMW Motorbike but also with them Wearing Caps. This lends them more to being more scout-like soldiers compared to the full on blitzkrieg you see in the soldiers above.
Last but not least we have the Dispatch Riders for the British who will be rushing around delivering messages. I think this is starting to sound like it could be an awesome scenario with these German bikers chasing down a British messenger or two as they try and get through enemy territory.
Will you be picking these up for your British and German armies?
Let us know below!

As much as I like the Perry sculpts I am not convinced at all.. The motorcycles really do look too small. Something went wrong here, that’s for sure..!
The Germans used a few different sidecars and some of them were as small as these Perry ones depict
they look good.
Stunning minis!
Something not quite right on them for me. Wheels on bike look way too small for a BMW. Helmets look a little odd too. Very unusual for a Perry release.
I always had a soft spot for the Zundapp…
It seems they have realised the BMWs don’t work and pulled them off their website.
Double thumbs up for the twins! Great to see they care about their products and I’m now really looking forward to the re-release 😎
