Warlord Games added another new release to their Bolt Action collection over the weekend. The Kubelwagen Ambulance is going to be heading through oncoming fire to help the wounded during your World War II wargames.

The Kubelwagen was a military version of a Volkswagen that was rugged and a reliable workhorse. It could carry four men and that could mean a weapon team or your commanders if you so desired. I this case, the Kubelwagen has been turned into a makeshift ambulance that is ready to speed away to the nearest first aid station.

The set comes with a metal vehicle alongside the Warlord Resin Medic who is tending to a fallen German soldier. You can paint up the Kubelwagen in the livery of the Afrika Korps, the Waffen-SS or Heer as this vehicle showed up all over the place.

The Warlord Games Open Day will be on 21st September and will be held at the Warlord Games HQ. It will be a great chance to meet the design team and see the process of bringing the miniatures to life. There will also be demo games, painting competitions, seminars and special offers. This will also be the first time to get your hands on Bolt Action: Third Edition. You can read more HERE.
