Brigade Games Kickstart World War II Germans & Americans
May 12, 2017 by brennon
Brigade Games are on Kickstarter right now funding new World War II Platoons for both the Germans and Americans.
They are working on smaller squads and platoons which will give you some great looking 28mm models for use in your games. They break down like this...
...with each of the miniatures coming with those integrated bases. Of course, you can then mount them on something else if you like but this shows off the range of different sculpts and poses available to you.
As well as the basic soldiers that you see here, as the campaign continues they are looking to add in new special weapon options for your army and there might even be the chance to pick up some tanks too.
What do you think of the campaign?

Isn’t there enough 28mm WWII already? and in plastic.
28mm World War II? Cool and good.
In metal? No thanks 🙁
Have to agree with m’learned colleagues above. They’re nice minis but in a market with enough very good plastics.
Even in metal I like the ability to field a few different sculpts.
I saw this post and instantly thought the same as my fellow Beasts above. Great models but trying to break into the 28mm WW2 market will be like to ‘push a sloppy one uphill”
On checking out the kickstarter site, it has got up, so I’ll be interested to see how it does.
Why would anyone pledge to buy these hideous models? Just get Warlord plastics for less money or use the Artizan metals.
Nothing wrong with more choice for us as buyers, and competition between sellers. And those early bird bundles are very well priced.
They look fine to me and its already been funded. I think there are plenty of gamers ( I count myself among them) out there that dont like plastic models
Choice is always a good thing.
