Sarissa Precision Begin The Invasion With 28mm Horsa Gliders
May 8, 2017 by brennon
Sarissa Precision is releasing a great kit to run alongside your British Airborne with this 28mm Horsa Glider.
The kit looks fantastic and easy enough to get together for the tabletop. Hopefully, you'll pick up maybe two or three of these to use on the tabletop.
Why, you may ask? Well, you could break down one of them to be wrecked and have it built into the tabletop rather than being left as a gaming piece.
If you had the time and the inclination it would be awesome to have a few of them flying in over the tabletop (which of course would be massive) and then let the Germans test their aim against the invaders. It could make for a tense few moments and simulate the early hours of the invasion of Normandy.
What do you think?

very nice that its includen in set for brits ! for very nice price too .
nice horsa.
This is really cool but doesn’t seem practical as anything more than a terrain piece.
Have you thought that may be because they are predominantly a terrain manufacture
I wasn’t criticizing, just thinking how I would be able to use the kit.
15mm version for FoW/Tanks?

Must not ….
Why not?!? 😎
Jeebus this thing will be HUGE!
Despite the photos of the landing zones remarkably few glitches sets crashed. The tails were designed to separate to allow rapid de-bussing. A remarkable feat bearing in mind the obstacle placed by the Germans and many of the landings were in darkness.
Stitched up by auto correct glitches? Gliders
