The factory can be bought as either intact or ruined, for that real war-torn look.
These factory buildings will look great as part of a 6mm city scape and are suitable for more than just the one era of warfare.

That is very nice. It make excellent terrain not just for WWII, but Epic as well. Twenty dollars isn’t too bad. I might look into getting the ruined version.
The ruins look like they’d be a little more interesting straight from the box but you’d have a lot of work to fill it with debris and destroyed machinery to make it look plausible.
