The Fallschirmjager Gather From Perry Miniatures For world War II
May 22, 2015 by brennon
Perry Miniatures have been in World War II mode when it comes to their latest models on the workbench. The Fallschirmjager are going to be striking Allied strongpoints soon with these new kits that also include an LMG and Support team soon too...
Dropping Into Battle
The Fallschirmjager were the elite strike force of the German army and the equivalent of paratroopers leaping into the action and taking out key objectives. They were incredibly hardy and were known as 'Green Devils' by the Allies. Rather suitable considering the amount of green we have on display here.
The models are certainly looking top notch as you'd expect from Perry Miniatures and well worth paying attention to as additional units to use with your Bolt Action forces to name just one of the many World War II games out there. I'm a big fan of the MP40 wielding soldiers as that was always one of my favourite weapons from the many video games set during the period.
What do you think?

Very nice. I have all of the Warlord FJs, these will be a nice addition
Great looking sculpts. Warlord have plastics coming later this year so these would add more variety into the mix 🙂
Are these same scale as their 8th army/afrikakorps or BA??? Their figures tend to be a wee bit smaller
Equivalent of paratroops?
Odd phrase… they were paratroopers.
And they were Luftwaffe not army…
if only he had waited and watched the videos of lewis showing his kit off he would have knew that
