Empress Release New Ukrainians For The Russian Civil War

Empress Miniatures are taking a trip into another period of history with some new 28mm miniatures for the Russian Civil War. Making up the White Russians, you can now get your hands on three sets of Ukrainian Cossack Infantry that found themselves brought into the conflict.

At the core of this are two units of basic Infantry which are shown Advancing and Firing. These were made up of the armed forces raised as part of the Ukrainian People's Republic. According to Empress, most of the officers and cadets were not so much supports of Ukrainian independence but were simply opponents of the Bolsheviks. There are some pretty fascinating images and such that Empress have dug out in order to make these miniatures over on social media.

As well as the core Infantry above, you can also get yourself this HMG Set which allows you to lay down some supporting fire.

It looks like there are going to be a lot of miniatures coming to fill out this collection for the Russian Civil War. The team at Empress seem to have quite a fascination with the period so I would prepare to see lots of miniatures to match the factions fighting during this conflict and period of instability.
