Is Gerry an immortal? He thinks the past 40-50 years is recent, like he was painting for centuries before that.
I did have a good chuckle at the ‘yeah I had hardly any work to do for this edition’ comment haha
Peter, thank you very much for the eye catching artwork, it makes such a difference to the hobby and events to see it.
The illustrations for the new boxes are great!
I love how everything to do with the game goes with the Hollywood/Comics kinda style, and the artwork really drives it home
bam
I am comment to win, and you can, too!
Love the artwork sir 🫡
This has me thinking I should hang some Peter Dennis art up in my hobby space.
Nice to put a face to a legendary name!!
Art work is very nostalgic for me, growing up reading Action Comics. Really appreciate how the artwork isn’t AI generated or all digital like so many other games. Peter, well done! Great interview, as well. Lots of interesting insight in how the illustration process works.
So this is the face of the legendary man, cracker interview Gerry thoroughly enjoyed it.
Gerry. Your knowledge and passion just keeps surprising me!
love the artwork of the boxes and books. that’s part of its charm.
And this concludes this weeks new user influx XD
Another cracking interview!
Always a pleasure to hear Peter Dennis talk. Wonderful man. Thank you!
That was the Highlight of the Bolt Action week for me. It was great to hear from the man who’s artwork is such a big part of our hobby. Listening to someone else from my era still excited about the depth of our hobby spoke for us all.
the same here, the best content from the whole week
Peter’s artwork looks wonderful and it was really a treat to hear him talking about his process.
Good to see realistic art
lovely interview, we dont often hear from the artists, its usually the game designers, so was nice to hear something different. I always enjoy the artwork in the Bolt Action books.
Really enjoyed the interview
Interesting to get an insight from the brush behind so many books.
Great stuff. Really gets you inspired to play.
As expected, this was the highlight of Bolt Action week though with that abrupt ending clearly there has been a good chunk cut out… can we get a part two? Even just for the cultists… Pretty please???
The rest is coming 😉
Excellent!
And thank you for Paperboys
