Plastic Soldier Offers New British & Commonwealth CMP 15cwt Trucks
December 8, 2016 by stvitusdancern
Plastic Soldier Company now has the newly released British and Commonwealth CMP 15cwt trucks in 15mm and 1/72 scales.
These trucks were developed and manufactured in Canada to British specifications during WWII.
These trucks served in basically all of the theatres of the war and other Allies used them as well. They came in different weight capacities and were used in by the LDRG in North Africa to great success. In these kits, you get either 5 (15mm) or 3 (1/72) trucks depending on the scale you choose.
Could you use some transports?

Great wee kits from PSC – I have these from their recent KS, along with the 25pounders and Quads!
a great standard war truck.
I’m interested in, rather than a collector of WWII in 15 or 20mm, but the fact that a kit like this is being produced is a really healthy sign I reckon.
Everyone and their grandmother makes T34s, Shermans, Panthers, etc.
That there’s a market for a product as niche as a plain old truck in a war game suggests the hobby is in pretty good shape.
Good to see the CMP 15cwt trucks added to the range. Between this and the Tilly have mobility to the services of the Commonwealth forces world wide during WW2,
