I wish they did Japanese models. Anyone know any good plastic 28mm Japanese?
Warlord games has 28mm plastic Japanese.

The models are not as detailed or as varied as the Plastic Soldier Company later German Infantry. Also I don’t like the amount of snipers you appear to get. 6 per sprue?
I think Wargames Factorys idea behind the snipers is that you can cut off the sniper’s scopes and you get normal Riflemen. As the sniper rifles was just a Kar 98 with a scope attached
Look great, but very small variety of poses. The heavy machine gun looks plain.
Thanks very much for the review! I saw these on the shelf the other day next to the PSC Germans and thought they must have been new, but didn’t have a look inside the pack (and unlike the PSC infantry, no clear plastic window). can’t really add much to the comments on 15mm but I have bought some of the 28mm Wargames Factory WWII Germans and I am impressed this manufacturer has really improved over the last year or so. The detail is still a little soft in places but with careful painting they come up well and and the proportions are better than the Warlord plastics, I am looking forward to the Americans and hopefully they will do a box of support weapons as well. Hoping Plastic soldier company will eventually scale up their late war germans as well as I think they… Read more »
A bit disappointed at the review really, which failed to highlight some big issues with this product. Although the quality looks ok (I would argue that the figures are not as good as the reviewer makes out, but that is just an opinion) the real issue with this box set is the contents. Firstly they are sold as a German Infantry Company, however it is impossible to construct an infantry Company from the contents at 1-1 ratio (which is where the most popular rules set – Flames of War – operates. There is simply is not enough figures in the… Read more »
