Ronnie Talks What’s Next For Mantic’s Walking Dead: All Out War
July 17, 2018 by brennon
Ronnie Renton has popped up on the Mantic Games blog to talk about what the future holds for the very fun The Walking Dead: All Out War.
With all of the Kickstarter product that was funded now out there in the wild, the team are going to be turning their attention to telling new stories from the graphic novels. The focus now is going to be turning from Rick and the crews travels and instead towards the developing situation within Alexandria where they find themselves coming up against all new challenges.
The focus is going to change from supply runs into the suburbs to fully kitted out survivors taking on new enemies in turf wars for control of the city. Of course, this also means that we're going to be seeing the Hunters make an appearance and the road will eventually lead towards fateful encounters with Negan.
As well as new models there will be new rules for fully linked campaign games and more with additional supplements which are very cool to see indeed. Those who are competitively minded are also going to be happy as there will be rules for building larger skirmish forces to battle it out on the tabletop AND a big online campaign in 2019.
You have a lot to look forward to if you're a fan of The Walking Dead: All Out War.
How big is your collection now?

is that Abraham just coming out love the boxes of heads.
there was a kickstarter version, who is available from Mantic on their points scheme, but yes failing that this is his first appearance. Given that they launched a year ago, have had 5 large releases they’re barely scrapping into the comics so plenty of source material to still use
If you are competitively minded or even if your not in check out the Conflict 2018 event being ran in August. There is loads of people signed up and it’s the first place other than GenCon you can check out Here’s Negan!!

“Here´s Negan” and now this. Veeery nice. Many old friends, many well-known sites and new ways for creating scenarios. I will surely expand my so far not too very large collection, which so far consists of “The Collector´s Edition”, the “Days Gone By” expansion and a few boosters, Glenn, Maggie, Tyreese, Negan, Morgen, Andrea, Carol, Michonne, Lori. Enough for a Metallica tTribute scenario, “Kill ´em All”, place a number of survivors on the table, 5 times as many walkers and then … kill ´em all. The scenery I use for the game is from all games I own, and one… Read more »
