Yan Lo Returns For Malifaux’s Monday Preview

Yan Lo, one of the first masters for the Ten Thunders to have appeared, is getting a new look in Malifaux with Wyrd's latest art reveal.
Yan Lo is an ancient ancestor of Ten Thunders member Chiaki, cursed to wander the paths between life and death and thereby gaining mastery over both.
In the years since his return to sanity, Yan Lo has served the Ten Thunders as their spy within the Resurrectionist organization. Those who are aware of his identity treat the old man with great care and respect, for they have seen first hand how ruthlessly Yan Lo harvests the souls of those who disrespect him.
Ripped from whatever afterlife might have awaited them, these souls of these fools become little more than fuel for the ancient sorcerer's dark magics.
Yan Lo is one of my favourite masters for Malifaux, so I'm really happy to see his return.
The new design seems to have a bit more motion to it than his previous look, and I think more individual character.

Yan Lo looks a lot more spry. I like his new look . Ialso have a soft spot for the Ten Thunders
I prefer the old design by a long shot. I really hope they don’t change the model before I’ve bought it…
