Finally…downloading as I type
just got it and unzipped it…ummm not what I was expecting at all. Totally useless for me, guess ill have to have another look at the new printed version…oh and dont get me started on the v2 cards situation.
I was really looking forward to this. The Mayor’s Secretary Lucius’ comments were amusing at first, but all the diagrams being stamped all over with with “CONFIDENTIAL” and sections of text painted out … I knew the free PDF would lack the fluff, ilustrations and the like found in printed book, but this is just annoying. I’d hate to sound like a Corvus Belli fanboy, but in Infinity PDF you get EVERYTHING needed to play. Here, you just keep getting reminded of stuff you’re not gettin unless you buy the book. Youve managed to express my exact frustration…
Id almost prefer them to have not bothered with the free pdf thing. I have expressed my disapointment over at Wyrds forum. I feel sorry for them, they try to do the right thing and somehow get it all wrong…the v2 fiasco doesnt help. See the forum here for my rant re that
