Go On A Middle-Earth Adventure At ArdaCon This October
March 9, 2016 by brennon
Hot Gates Gaming have set up what could well be the biggest independent Lord of the Rings: Strategy Battle Game and The Hobbit tournament/event yet. ArdaCon is going to be a celebration of the game with tournaments, seminars, stalls and more on offer over the weekend of the 22nd/23rd of October with an additional day of fun on the Friday on the 21st...
"The convention will host three unique tournaments, from the fun and unpredictable Chaos in Arda on the Friday evening, then onto the Grand Tournament spanning Saturday and Sunday with 100 Great British Hobbit League points up for grab and including the first World Team Championship inclusive scoring as we look for our first Hobbit SBG World Champions!
Then to finish off, a run chaser Ardacon Doubles event into the Sunday evening."
At the time of writing there are twenty places left for this event so hopefully you've been able to get your foot in the door. If you didn't manage to get a ticket to the event then it will be covered over the following weeks on Youtube.
I think this is a great example of the community taking up the mantle and making the game their own - a big thumbs up from us and the best of luck for when October rolls around!
Are you going?

Got my ticket really looking forward to meeting all of the international players coming over.
It falls at the wrong time of the year for me 🙁 otherwise I’d be there.
There’s only nine tickets left for this, so act fast if you want to go!
