I’m thinking about getting some Rangers due to the fact the can carry flame throwers. Getting quite a bit of inspiration from the uniform videos too.
I think the engineers can have a flamethrower imbedded to their squad in Bolt Action, but the actual ranger squads can’t. Although, their free Run move before the game starts (provided they start on the table) can be nice. Of course if you are talking about the Rangers box set, yes it does come with a flamethrower as well as a couple of Bangalore torpedoes. That was how I got my flamethrower.
Guessing we won’t see this bit on the infinty bootcamp.
One of the things that is clear from these uniform videos is that the troops on the field would often improvise on the basis of experience in the field as opposed to the theoretical approach of the uniform designers.
Love these videos. Want to see more German infantry though!
