I have my 3rd Armoured, German FJ and Gulf War era British Infantry
Incredible! That jacket, other than the color, is not terribly different from the winter jacket I was issued in 2001 by the USAF. Happily a gortex one replaced it a year later.
Still like the helmet.

Was there room in the parking lot for John’s tank? I have to say that John knows what he is talking about. Clearly done his research. Lots of little tit-bits of information such as why tank crews might not wear gaiters.
