I had no idea the organised Gaming area would be so huge. The ambient sound levels must have been off the scale during the day when all those tables were full of gamers.
Never been a fan of the Dice Tower (basically you need to pay them to do a review), and Mr Vassel is VERY disparaging of miniature wargames (he’s board games or nothing). All came to a head with me during their “review” of Core Space (after getting a free copy), they basically chucked the contents onto a table and criticised almost everything about it (while not bothering to do any research on the game), and really showed their ignorance. They might be good if you are into just the board games, but I don’t bother with them for a board… Read more »
Enjoyed the walk through. Nicely done.
Tom from Dice Tower kinda chaps my hide. Over the years his ego has gotten the better part of him. He really doesn’t give a game much of a chance after his first impression, so I’m not buying he needs 3 months to pick his favorite game.
You actually think Tom only played all the new games and should make a decision about his favorite new game that’s BS.
Tom Vasel seems so nice.
I was hoping for a highlander style battle of the hats
there can be only one!
My money is on Lloyd. He has that look in his eye, you touch my hat and your in trouble.
great stuff.
This is where my son played in the KeyForge tournament, well organised and very friendly bunch.
that was fun, please more Lloyd on screen please.
Thats awesome that people are getting stuck in and gaming.
For some reason I was expecting Tom to speak in a full Irish accent. He just looked like a (non green) Leprechaun in that hat and wastecoat and with that beard. I know he’s not irish. Dunno what I was thinking.
