Treasure Hunting + Goodies At UK Games Expo

One of the things they always run here at UK Games Expo is the Treasure Hunt where you have to go and find specific things throughout the show.

You will HAVE to try and find everything next year when you arrive if this year got you excited.

Thanks for covering this side of the con as well. Can be very hard to gauge by most coverage how child friendly an event is.

Picked up the Expo Mini, will paint it up and put it with my Salute minis from over the years. Hopefully not my last from the UK GE.

Ha! great idea. Hopefully it takes people to all corners so they can find less known games and designers.

Here we are on the third and final day. It’s been a long weekend but for anyone who attended apparently a fun one. However, since it is the final day then it’s my last chance to shamelessly post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve ever played.

It’s a good idea if you haven’t got a plan of your own, as it’s really easy to wander and miss things, whereas this gives you goals and helps you maybe see stalls you would have dismissed otherwise.

It is great that there are kid specific things to do. The quests should get them hooked on RPGs in no time!
