Taking A Look At Our Tables
Take a closer look at the tables that we've been putting together for this Boot Camp. We have a really big feature table which is packed with some fantastic terrain and some rather well painted armies thanks to oriskany.
We'll be following gameplay and more over the next two days on these tables as we get to know the rules for the new edition.
What are you most looking forward to finding out about the game?
All the tables look really really nice. The few bits of blue lagoons and gold minurets really make them pop, oh and Trains!
I definitely want to see how air combat works in this game. At least how they handle the huge speed difference between land and air units.
I’m love the tables and appreciate the effort that goes into making great looking terrain that always enhances the feel of the game and gives you that sense of semi-reality when playing historical based games.
I am looking forward to finding out what has changed between 3rd and 4th editions.
Those tables look great, sometimes going old school works out. I haven’t really played any flames of war yet, so I want to get a feel for 4th and see if it’s time for me to jump in.
Needs some 1:100 camels 🙂
You’re right, camels would be awesome!
Looks good, but the grass on the train track ballast is throwing me off
I agree with @dorthonion we need to answer the question of just how fast can the camels run 🙂 Great looking tables!
Great looking table guys.
Really looking forward to see and hear about this new version, and what the plans are for the future of it.
Great table I think if there was some sand over the railway tracks that would look good ,like they haven’t been used in awile because of the war , keep up the good work 🙂
I find the long stretch of train tracks running through the length of the table really ties it all together nicely.
I love desert tables. Miniatures, esp. WW2, tend to be dark coloured and when the terrain and the table is light tones, the contrast makes the forces stand out. And as BoW crew probably agrees, cameras love this.
Using ripped foam for cliffs is a genius idea.
Props to you guys, the tables turned out fantastic.
Awesome!, if one only had space for tables like this 😀
Looking good gents!
Over the years I’ve come to appreciate a well dressed table
Those tanks are really well painted. Kudos Oriskany
Thanks, @stkelly82 ! 😀
A board filled with terrain makes games fun.
The tables look awesome, I was watching all the hard work the men put into getting them ready and it has really paid off. I love the train tracks added in. Wondering how hull down rules work for sand dunes and train track embankments and how that will effect the battles??
Like the tables, very thematic.
Wonder if a death train will roll out at rondom dureing the battle?
Very impressive guys
Great tables guys.
The train tracks running all the way down the table really makes this game look awesome, excellent work guys
The new flames of war terrain is looking really good
I was thinking that you were going to use the new double sided mats that they released …maybe we will see it in Warren meets mat 😉
