Hey guys, we've arrived in Salute safe and sound. Just a quick update from us before everything kicks off.
The vendors are just setting up, it's promising to be an insane day tomorrow!

Never really got the fascination Salute. It’s too noisy, too expensive and too crowded and anything you need can always be got just as quickly online or at other shows which in my opinion are better

Lol. I just prefer the Derby show. 2 days of relaxing wandering around the same stalls you get at Salute. Salute was always crowded even more so when we used to go to Kensington Town hall for it
Salute is on the Thames so ideal for mooring the Longship
Looking forward to the coverage. Cant be there, Mrs is on a hen weekend to Portugal so I’ll be keeping updated when wee one is napping from home.

Wish I where in the UK, would love to go to Salute.
I’m flying in from Ireland first thing with my boy, can’t wait this will be my fourth time and I’ve never found it overcrowded it’s busy alright but the place is so big it soaks up all the visitors. We,ve always managed to get seats for coffee \lunch break and no hassle getting in and out of toilets first visit is to warlord games I’ve heard they might be showing off the new Dr Who game

As someone who works at a theatre and convention center, I’ll say it is a lot more fun going to event than setting them all up. Maybe try and find a lad who works there and see if he is into any of the wargaming and modelling goodness? Through em for a loop maybe?
