Powering Through The Paint...

It's a mess of boxes, paints, brushes and more across the entire of the room here but everywhere something is getting painted and coming to life on the tabletop.

The Army Painter method has created some great looking armies so far.

As long as they’re using Citadel’s new War’ter they’ll be ok.

Interesting to see how so many have brought in their own tools for their area. Lights and spray booths and even a nail polisher.

Looking at these I should probably invest in a new painting lamp. They seem like they halve the painting time for some people.

Is that the second horse, Lance? 😀

People look so focused yet relaxed at the same time.

I’m adding my vote to seeing all the armies at the end of the end of the weekend. I’d like to see a side-by-side comparison of how the quickshade looks on models painted in different colors and by hobbyists of various experience levels.

Agreed, always very interesting to see side by side comparisons. Not to judge quality against each other but to compare styles and approaches.

I don’t think I have ever seen a group of people just dedicated to painting for so long, though it certainly would be a blast.

What a great way to get the armies on the tabletop. They look really good. I have to spend more time learning the Army Painter method.

Learned a few things about Army Painter here. Impressed at the ease and quickness. I’m not looking to win awards, I just want a nice army 😉
