Play With History & Explore Some Historical Games
Come and check out some games inspired by history...since we've got so many Vikings about...and see what you think of them.
See, they were really enjoying games and beer right back then. It's meat and mead rather than beer and pretzels.
Faeries & The Battle of Ogre’s Knee sound fun. Cheese throwing. 🙂
Worth checking out their website

Some interesting games to give a go to.
Look fun.
Looks like a lot of fun. Was what I ment to say.
Historical Games? Publishing Faeries & The Battle of Ogre’s Knee strange.
Here we are on the third and final day. It’s been a long weekend but for anyone who attended apparently a fun one. However, since it is the final day then it’s my last chance to shamelessly post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve ever played.
Old games are brilliant, fox and geese is awesome (Thud was based on this).
Nine men’s Morris is also ace to have as a pub game.
History and gaming, you just can’t go wrong. Have had a look on their website (Thanks Turbocooler) and have a list…. quite the list!
pretty cool. I like it.
Perfect for LARPs and Reenactments, great shop!
Great coverage, all. Thanks!
This looks cool, I didn’t even see it after 2 full days there!
Gaming since 3500 BC
This is one hellaciously long day
Historical games can still be updated with modern meeples or tokens. And why would Faries be throwing cheese.
Amazing!
Sadly, all I see is knock-off chess and checkers
