More Beautiful Entries For Crystal Brush

The amount of talent represented in the entries for the Crystal Brush is just staggering. It's always interesting to see the different choices of models and display pieces that are chosen, and it's nice to stand by the cases and listen to painters exchange tips and different methods used to produce results.
I can’t believe how good they all are. The one with the book is beautiful! Unbelievable. Though it makes me realise I’ve a long way to go yet with my painting skills. A long long way!
That book is amazing! If that doesn’t win I will be surprised!
The book is beautiful and very characterful, probably my favorite of these, but the armor on the knight bust is really something else.

One day, I’ll painting something that well, I’ll be 70 odd by that stage but I’ll get there, lol
Every year these entries are more like museum art pieces! Wow!
This is how all my minis appear to me. Until I see something like this.
I know I will never have the time to devote to painting to get a quarter as good as these, but I like to imagine that some day I will.
The book is awesome but that dragon wrapped round the ruin is amazing too – can you imagine assembling that let alone painting it!

Fantastic Crystal Brush entries. I would love to see more close up pictures if possible. The Swamp Monster looks brilliant… is it scratch built, kit bashed or a kit off the shelf? Do the entrants give any details about the manufacturer that you can get privy of? Are these amateurs or professionals because if they are not the former they should consider becoming the latter. Inspirational.
@zebraoutrider they are a both. There’s a great clmbination of painters in the mix. The pieces are anything you can think of from straight, out of the box pieces, to kit bashes, to scratchbuilt- each more exquisite than the next.

Dragon is absolutly excellent. Details, fishes in the wather, scale,I love it. The book is an interesting idea also, but somewhat drear painting.
