Midway Through Scenario Two - Discussing The Game With Matt
We step in during a game and talk with Matt from the Boot Camp to find out how he is finding scenario two and what kind of tactics he's been able to employ...
...and of course, what kind of tactics have been used on him too! Would you have any tips for Matt?
Everyone does seem to like the Halfling gangsters. They are exceedingly popular it seems.
I like the idea of Halfling gangsters, but not in this sort of setting. I know it’s a fantasy city, but I imagine it as London.
There’s a lot of charm in the Scylla.
the minis look good.
Has anyone picked the Triad at all?
I was thinking the same thing. I totally would run the Triad
Nice bootcamp 🙂
That’s it, I’m totally getting my arse to a bootcamp. I say it every time but this is the one I should have been at. Looks epic. The chance to fully paint a faction and still get in tons of games is such an opportunity.
So its play to win the game, or play to win the prize, but not both right now?
Halfling gangsters with “big guns”
Good luck on the ticket hunting!
I’m leaning toward Van Rier myself, the Scylla are nice looking models but don’t really interest me.
The tickets make the scenarios favor the halflings some.
@cassaralla i have several triad models and those are really cool, not played at all, just few demos but seems they have lots of mobility and tricks to lure oponent.
I love that he is playing for the prize and not really playing for the scenario win.
tickets?
9? Go for it!!!
kind of cool you can either go for tickets or scenario win like that idea of that
The Halfling Gangsters do seem to be running away with the show, however the upper class gentlemen seem to be not too far behind. Love how it is the two ends of the spectrum which seem to be drawing people into the game alongside the Alven Yard.
I would probably go for the tickets over the scenario as well. And really who doesn’t love Halfling mafia
Looks fun!
Great job, Gents!
Must be fun!
This is cool!
It was exciting 🙂
This looks fantastic!
