Never tried an army painter paint, may have to pick one or two up to check them out.

The paints are alright. It’s the quickshades that are really good though!

Ooooo, speed paint tips. I can’t wait. Unfortunately I’ll be camping with the Scouts all weekend so I can’t follow the posts realtime, but Sunday evening I’ll be watching them all in marathon style

I’ve used their paints. Decent range of colors. Looks good on minis. Dropper bottle tops. Affordable prices. Really can’t complain too much. Oh and dunk shader is a huge time saver.

I find the dip tends to be a bit glossy for my liking. The dropper bottle quickshades are great for the same job though!

Hmm, white company shirts (yay, not black) with no paint drops or smudges on them.

I do like their primers as you can really get that base coat down quickly and have something to work up from.

Having a dedicated hobby space would be start

I couldn’t agree with you more. I have limited room for a dedicated hobbyzone.

I hoping to see these guys do some more tutorial style videos. I imagine that I’m doing similar techniques with my own stuff. But I’m hoping to learn some tips and tricks.

Would love to see a base coat vid. I love the army painter primers but sometimes (not all the time) it go’s down to heavy.

I like the Army Painter primers. They look good and have saved me lots of time on my ECW armies.

Jonas form APainter shows some good tutorials on youtube. Hope he shows it too during the boot camp.

Doing as little as possible. It makes sense that the choice of primer can effectively remove a step in the painting of miniatures.

nice to get to know some of the people behind army painter. i use a lot of their basing materials and some of their paints, even more so since they expanded the range, some greaot colors in there.

I have never used army painter paint, nor the shade. Really interested in using the shade but its too expensive to just try. Really like their paint brushes though, and the foliage.

Do the Army Painter spray primers work with Bones plastic mini’s?

I’m interested to know as well. I have lots of Bones but haven’t painted any yet. Loads more coming whenever Bones 3 ships!

Great paint a little thick works great from a wet pallet. Best primer on the market. I also like the fact that they have color matched bottles as well.
