Ok, so Lance put a lot of thought into his first horse...but his second horse maybe didn't get as much love and attention.
Sadly the rider gets an old wooden shield, his sword is rusty, and the horse might be a bit lame too. Poor Horse.
Is it painters fatigue setting in 😉

the two could be great at charging around corners. you just have to make sure, the lame one is on the inner side of the curve.

Nice work…that shield really looks good. Helps give the mini as a whole a battle-worn look…this guy is too busy fighting to get a fresh paint job on the shield and keep his sword polished.

I’m a sucker for good narrative, so I love when people create a backstory for their paint schemes and I don’t know if it’s the choice of colors or just that little blurb, but I now can’t look at that horse and not think, “Aww. The poor dear looks so tired.” Love it!

Looks great, I like the red armour it looks to be a food choice for the armies style
