Take a look at what Justin has been working on for his Afrika Korp. He's pretty sure that he's going to be able to battle on against the British under John.
The models have been coming together very nicely and we even have some interesting videos on deployment coming out later this evening.

Can’t decide who to support, you couldn’t play for a draw could you?
It’s a pity there does not appear to be any stowage on the kits as it was an iconic feature of the German side in particular – tanks festooned with fuel and water plus sections of spare track.
I hope there are plenty of infantry lurking somewhere off camera – an all armour/artillery battle would really be a bit simplistic. I was hoping to see some 6-pounders and Pak38’s as the Germans in particular specialised in sneaking the guns into ambush positions from which the low profile AT guns wrought havoc among unsuspecting Allied armour, especially the thinly armoured cruiser tanks.
Lets do this!
I’m looking forward to getting a DAK box myself.

Although I hate to pull for the Germans in this case, I do like those minis and hope to see them storm across the board.

I know that I should vote for the British to win but Justin can have a way with dice that trumps the best laid plans of an opponent.
you can get a rommel miniature from FoW i think , i wonder if his rules would work well with this army if so how cool would that be

So many great options for this game… and I don’t think I’ve done any desert schemes before so would be a fun change of pace! Good luck Justin!!! Make sure you name one of the tanks after a Mammoth! Maybe you can mount some tusks to your command tank?
