If you've never checked out the busts from Broken Toad, then you have to see what Ironheart Artisans have on the shelves. These sculpts are just gorgeous, and they still have some Toad In Carbonite too. 🙂

I don’t think I’m yet skilled enough for bust painting, but this stuff looks incredible.
I’m the same, I’m 75% hobby (vs 25% gamer) but still a long ways off being up to a level I’d be happy painting busts. On the flip side part of me wants to have a go, and then do another one in 6 months/a year’s time and then repeat so I can see my progress.

You can always strip the busts if you don’t like your paint job. It’s fairly easy to do. I use Windex on many models when I am just not happy with them. Takes 10 minutes with a toothbrush and it’s back to new again. Don’t be afraid to paint them, the only way you get better is to keep painting.
I wish I had painting skills enough to warrant purchasing things like this.

I am impressed by them. Some of the busts almost tell a story just by looking at them.
