As well as learning more about the game itself a lot of people are still getting stuck into the painting of their armies today.
We’ve seen some of the techniques for the British and the Germans but what has been impressive is that the armies have been very easy to paint – a bit of spray, some additional techniques and a wash and it’s done!
Some of those shots look a lot like people at work, rather than on vacation having fun.
The work is never done.
Gotta put in the effort if you wanna have fun with it
I find this aspect of the hobby really relaxing, helps me to unwind after a crappy day at work.
still wanna know if the carrier comes with those markings as decals. even more after having seen amara in action

I need a room full of fellow painters to motivate me. Anyone fancy popping round? I have tea.
I wonder how fast i would paint in a room full of fellow hobbyists with no distractions? Would I power thru an army?
it takes a lot of effort to assemble a full army so fast
I guess it just shows how much hobby you can get done – when you are not being distracted with the usual family-household-garden-work stuff which usually eats up all the weekend.
Alot of work to be done for the second day…was doing some hobby myself though this morning and know how much fun it is to be in that focused realm.
It´s like football: Nice to have some combinations and preparations on the pitch for it, but in the end you got to score a goal. Although a 0:0 can be great fun, too.
