Salute 2017 Live Blog
A Final Walkthrough of Salute 2017
As things settle down at Salute and tables are being cleaned up, we take a last quick run around to see who's left packing up.
Check out the awesome new feature mini, or biggie from Heresy, the Madame.
Been a fab day for a mad hobbyist being stuck in Cyprus with HM Forces and getting a wee hobby fix from the fellas at BoW. Cheers boys.
It was nice to see you talk to my local gaming store
Well lads you have done another brilliant blog day, have enjoyed it all my wife is still giving me the evil eye but hey……Salute Blog day s to be watched live…..cheers lads once again for a brilliant day will have to make it there one day…….cheers!!
That’s a quite disturbing mini. And mini might not be the right word for that thing.
Justin, how often was your head licked?
I still can’t believe that this is only a one day show… could easily be a full weekend to get more people through the doors and make it more efficient for the traders maximizing sale vs set-up and take down time
Thanks for bringing Salute to us that can’t be there. It was a great day.
The Madame is quite a gribbly!
The end of conventions are so sad looking; when all are gone and the packing up is being done.
The Madame a huge mini from Heresy and beautiful and yet very disturbing in equal measure.
I wish I could have been there.
The Madame was Awesome. Awesome late grab guys.
the madame looks incredible – gotta get one!!
The Madame is a huge and disturbing mini, yet somehow beautiful to behold…. I think i may need some therapy 😉 .
Nice last minute run around, always said Salute should be two days it’s just too much for a lot of companies to do. Shame.
That was a good last miniature to close out the show.
Thanks for your coverage.
painting forgeworld nurgle god at mo ….madame could be his girlfriend if the wife dont find out …..awesome job today really enjoyed footage will rewatch over next few days
Madame is indeed a great looking (can’t really call her a Mini can I) ‘Individual’ – Been a Fan/Supporter/Friend to Andy at Heresy for quite a while and can truly recommend giving him a look!
funny to see the closing up. nice wrap up of the day!
This just underlines the need for Salute to be a two day show
Sundays used to be and probably still are notoriously slow for traders at shows plus I am sure Excel would cost an absolute fortune for 2 days thus either putting up the entry price or charging traders more and there seem to less there this year compared to previous years looking at the list
The last time I was there a traders stand was £485 for a 12 foot frontage
that was 2009
Thanks for all your work today.
I want that amazing sculpt for my dungeon!
Thanks for bringing Salute to the East Coast of the U.S.A.
When the vendors leave it sure looks empty.
