Fabled Realms Beta Weekend - Friday
Fabled Realms - The Tables For This Weekend!
We take a look at the Fabled Realms tables for this weekend that are being played on.
Each of them has an awesome narrative to them and they tell a story which reflects the different areas of the Fabled Realms.
Which of them is your favourite board from those on display?
You have done a great work on the tables.
I love the winter effect.
Both tables look beautiful. I assumed I’d be all about the winter board, but that summer board is just top notch. Can’t want to see it with some figures down.
I love that fort kit. Looks great. That one gets my vote.
All those tables are unbelieveable,I really wish I had the space to build something like that as a permanent fixture in the house. Theres a few areas that really stand out to me. The dockside with the ships moured alongside looks awesome but what reallt vaught my eye is that shingle beach on the other side. That looks really awesome, Lloyd is goig to have to share the secret of how he got it looking that good in such a short time. The second big thing for me thats added the extra detail is on the burnt out buildings, Im… Read more »
I agree about the added smoke damage and frost work on the buildings, it looks amazingly effective! One day I will be able to get some 4ground buildings and ask a friend of mine to have a go with his airbrush doing that smoke damage. One day. 🙂
Everything looks vibrant and lived in. Great job.
Beautiful, beautiful tables guys, I am simply in love with the 4Ground kits, they are all so characterful 🙂 . My skills are in no way high enough to weather them or apply the smoke damage though, I’d be much too scared I’d f*** it up.
I guess it is because they feature so prominently in every photograph but the tables themselves are my favourite part of each weekender – and this one is no exception! It helps that they are all so heavily populated with 4Ground terrain!
That scenery!
And the winter one with the dwarven(?) town would not be out of place for 40k just as is.
So fantastic, is it because Sam could walk through each feature?
That frost board is amazing! John showed how easy it was to do which is cool. Now I want to frost up all my terrain!
These tables turned out great! I am always envious of what you guys play on!
Those tables are incredible. Can you please ship the whole thing to my house in the U.S. Address to follow!
You will have a hard time at the end of the day getting people to stop playing on those tables. The burned out village is amazeballs.
The Winter boards are great but my favourite has to be the Farmland with the fire damaged buildings in it.
This is the wet dream of tabletop gaming.
I love the winter tables but the one with the Stoic Arms and the orchard is my favourite. With all the scatter terrain and how you’ve laid it all out, it looks so realistic and alive. What’s great is that it actually doesn’t require that many buildings and is not out of reach for an average gamer to get set up.
So hard to choose – remarkable buildings and when you combine everything it is overwhelming. The winter tables stand out for me – could be something from A Song of Ice and Fire 🙂
The winter city is fantastic, I wants it!
Stunning gaming tables, you have done yourselves and 4Ground proud Beasts of War. 🙂 I love the different mix of buildings and terrain pieces you have worked in to each board. Each one has it’s own narrative just waiting to be fulfilled. These really are a gamer’s dream. The 4Ground terrain line has made me think long and hard about the small amount of time I actually get to game with my friends, often it is board gaming now due to time and space restrictions, but I seriously want to get them all participating in a narrative driven ww2 or… Read more »
LOVE it, i can see myself staggering home from the stoic arms to my humble hovel, so much character and narrative in these tables im uber jealous not to be playing on them
Great setup, 4ground kit and your skills are epic tables made.
The tables look really great…
Those tables are fantastic! I love them all but, my fave is the winter town with the river, it really is gorgeous.
Great job guys!
Love both the dockside town and the burnt out farming village. Can’t decide which I like more…..
Fantastic looking tables
