DeepWars Demo Game

Dawn & Gianna get stuck into the world of DeepWars and start playing around with sharks underwater.

Hopefully this gives you a taste of the game that we've been looking at for quite a while!

My friends got into this game when it first came out. I don’t know what happened but they just couldn’t get any more stuff and gave up on the game.

That’s a shame, looks like it has a lot of potential. And nice to see something so different from the norm.

Only downside to this one… need to redo all the scenery you got.

Yeah, but you can probably get all the scenery you’ll ever need from Aquarium shops.

This is an interesting looking game for sure and underwater adventures seemed as otherworldly as going up into space. Maybe BoW could do a more indepth review sometime.

Funny, “vaporizing” the goblin would produce chum.
I also got into this game after seeing it at Adepticon a few years back. I loved the larger, resin figures but the man-sized metal figs, not so much.
There were also stands to put the figures on to signify depth levels using seaweed sprigs as markers.

Doh! argh! *sign* — so love this game and this demo has sold me. I just do not know if I can get others to play. Hopefully there is a all in one box starter box. That is the only way this gets played, I purchase and then find a victim to play with me. So love the Shark!

Looks like a game that needs scenery as sweet as that but when you have it it’s really striking.

Does it normally take place on such a small baord or is that for demo purposes? making people flee towards the edge of the baodr when the edge is always going to be so close seems powerful and dangerous.

Like the concept for this. Underwater and three dimensional is a great thing.
