I’m a big fan of the books and have had my eye on the House War boardgame for a while now. I also have some of the RPG books in PDF form thanks to a Humble Bundle (or Bundle of Holding can’t remember which!) but I need to get my hanbds on a physical copy at some point.

If they were able to create a game as good as the books this going to be a world changer. Damn I love the mistborn trilogy, hopefully this is as great!

Again I have to say that I have another friend who would love these, will certainly direct him towards the Adventure Game.

Looks pretty cool – loads of history and lore so I’d be more likely to use the board game as an entry point.

oooh I love Brandon Sanderson’s books, I didn’t know they were being game-ified. I love that they’re not simply doing the book’s story and that you play as the hero, but exploring the wider world; letting us see and experience the stories from different perspectives. Good stuff.

Interesting. Might have to give the novels a look too.

This news excited me a lot – huge fan of the books so hopefully this will be just as good. Now they just need a miniatures game!

I’ve not heard of Mistborne before but playing what sounds like the bad guys has to be interesting

Sounds good, the books were fun so the game’s going to have a lot of cool lore behind it

It’s genuinely heartening to see Sanderson’s works getting some gaming love.
If we don’t start seeing minis based on the expansive Cosmere in the next couple of years I’ll be very surprised (I am DOWN for the super-powered cowboys vibe of the Wax & Wayne portion of the Mistborn books…)

I love the Mistborn Series.

If I understood the explanation of game play, high score wins, unless there’s a revolution in which case low score wins. That is a really interesting mechanic.

Big fan of the books and I can see how they could be made into games. Love it and I want to see more about the board game!
