Community Games - Dave Vs Michael

We stop in with Dave to find out how his game has been going today. You might remember him from yesterday as he was building up his big army to play out games on the tabletop.

There may have been some deadly explosions involved in this particular game...right across the battlefield by the looks of it.

Good games are always the ones that swing back and forth. Looks like a good time.

There is a FoW starter set but that is Ver 3 I think and isn’t desert. Whether they will bring out a Ver 4 set I don’t know???

Nice competitive game. That is all you can ask.

Is that a battery of 17 pounders rather than 25 pounders? So murderous AT capability at the cost of half the barrage capacity. An interesting choice.

Its great that 4th edition is using Stat cards- makes ‘pick up’ games a lot easier to get to the table.

The artillery seems to be playing a huge role in todays games.

There is some very low lying cloud on that table.

I likebana the addition of stat cards , it should help the game flow smoother I think

That game looks heated. Wish I can watch the whole thing. Go Brits

Always try to catch tanks in the side or rear, especially Germans.

Games which are close are the most fun in my opinion even if you lose 🙂

I would think trying to open up read Armour is a good tactic for this game, by the sound of it.

Wow! I was really not expecting the Brits to be as ruthless. The German panzers looked so good. Glad that the Brits are kicking a bit of butt!
