Yeah, this was a great table. I still don’t know why he was set up out in the hallway. I can only assume he didn’t get a table registered in time before the event?

This is really good. What do the colours on the bases stand for? Ranks, weaponry, belonging to a certain platoon?
Honestly, I couldn’t say. I got here as the game was ending. I had to wait that long because these tables were right beside very large bay windows FLOODED with sunlight, making it impossible to photograph well. So I had to return later at night after sundown.
Super realism
I like the proximity of the glider, and the placement of that first German 5.0cm gun. I’ve been to that bridge, that’s exactly how those two points were set up.
That table was absolutely stunning.
@cbrenner – Because it was by a window with gallons of sunlight pouring down on it, I wasn’t able to photograph it until after the sun had gone down. By that time the game was over, and the table was in a certain state of disarray. You know, dice, charts, minis, tree knocked over, etc. AND STILL the table looked this good. Definitely one of the best ones at the con.
@oriskiny – I played my first game of Skirmish Sangin run by Tom Uhl at a small local con. It was awesome looking as well. He does a great job.
