I wanted to finish off a bit of a look at some of the tables from this year's Salute and this great table.
There were lots of little scenes for you to get stuck into and explore on the tabletop.

It was using Pikeman’s Lament rules, one of the Lion Rampant variants.

I had to Google this battle, every day’s a school day (and a school day is best delivered by a gorgeous gaming table).
Love this period of history, and it always looks great on the table!
I´m sorry, but after reading so many blog comments and looking at ever so many pictures I can´t really figure out what game it is and who´s fighting whom for what purpose. The only reason for a battle I see is that the factions won´t let the other faction stand around on this fabulous board. They want it all for themselves.
