This reminds me a bit of X-Crawl, which I used to play.

I really love the way that – once you have exhausted one of your gladiators, it’s a race to the clear round in order to get everyone back on their feet so to speak. You just have to hope you have enough favour dice in your pool at the time to perform a tactic such as Manoeuvre otherwise you will have an activation where nobody does anything.
That can be very costly if one of your gladiators is loitering near a pit!
Tempted by Arena Rex for a long time, they got great coverage during the BoW awards. Is that arena a product?
