That’s one of the constraints with the games at Historicon, as you can only book a table for a few hours the games need to be quick, easy to pick up and participation in nature. This is the type of game that’s usually very popular at conventions, where the “hardcore grognard” hat is left off and players have fun just throwing the dice (and the kids enjoy it too). The “big” games and refights can’t really happen (as you can’t book a table for the entire event), but perhaps it would be nice if HGMS did do a “mega” game… Read more »

Table looked great
Sounds great and the ships look fantastic.
There wasn’t a lot of ship MOVEMENT, but I think the idea was mostly a skirmish type game with figures moving around ON the ships.
Pretty cool, never seen this game.
