Battlefront UK Open Day 2019 Live Blog
It's Blisteringly Sunny...But It's Cold In Bastogne
One of the awesome tabletops that we’ve got to look at here at the Battlefront Open Day is the great Bastogne tabletop which takes us into the depth of winter.
The 15mm scale tabletops that you get for Flames Of War are evocative and packed full of detail. This has some amazing vignette-style moments where you’re peering through the trees at the tanks rolling forward and the soldiers dug into the blasted and cracked landscapes.
Those Stuart and Sherman columns are breathtaking.
It’s 30 degrees where I am at the mo and looking at this table is making me want to reach for my coat ? great table ?
I like it, if there is less armour in a force and more infantry. I feels it bit more right to me, when that is the case. Even if the perpective in the pictures with the tank columns is pinnaculous.
Love the column moving through the snow.
Fantastic work!
This is very cool 😉
liking the snow effect
Given how warm it was outside, the snow table was properly welcoming!
Love those dug in guys.
Great shots love it guys! Great work.
I’m definitely getting the urge to make a snow themed army.
Great looking table.
Surely its hot enough to melt even snow flock?
Thanks for the detail on the Bulge table.
Amazing looking table and I particulalry like the foxholes and craters.
This table and the forces look really impressive!
the Bastogne table looks really good, great job on that one
Nice! I can almost hear the ‘scrunch’ of snow!
What an amazing table. The snow effects are just great. Like the dug in positions as well.
Always wanted to get involved in this kind of game, will have to give it a go at some point when i have the funds!
