I had no idea the organised Gaming area would be so huge. The ambient sound levels must have been off the scale during the day when all those tables were full of gamers.

Never been a fan of the Dice Tower (basically you need to pay them to do a review), and Mr Vassel is VERY disparaging of miniature wargames (he’s board games or nothing). All came to a head with me during their “review” of Core Space (after getting a free copy), they basically chucked the contents onto a table and criticised almost everything about it (while not bothering to do any research on the game), and really showed their ignorance. Enjoyed the walk through. Nicely done.

For some reason I was expecting Tom to speak in a full Irish accent. He just looked like a (non green) Leprechaun in that hat and wastecoat and with that beard. I know he’s not irish. Dunno what I was thinking.
