Lord Voldemort Weaves His Wicked Spells From Knight Models
May 12, 2017 by brennon
Lord Voldemort himself is the next preview from Knight Models for the Harry Potter Miniatures Game. He Who Must Not Be Named is looking rather deadly, summoning up dark magic to bring his enemies low...
The Harry Potter Miniatures Game is coming out later this year in the Autumn and between now and then we should expect plenty more of these teasers. This model is absolutely stunning in our eyes. The way Voldemort has been styled is fantastic, rising from the magical ether alongside his snake, Nagini, curled around him.
A fantastic model for what is fast becoming one of the most hotly anticipated games and miniature ranges of the year.
What do you make of Voldemort?

Wow what a great model! Is there allready anything known aboutthe game or are they just teasing us with those lovely models?
Oh man, this is amazing!
Wow, another amazing mini, this looks to be great collection of minis let’s hope there’s gameplay to match!
To use a simple quote from Harry, “Brilliant!”
Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love the model and cannot wait for the game but…
shouldn’t Nagini have her own model and rules?!
It almost looks like two models in one. Maybe V is on his own stand and can be removed from the middle there, wait and see indeed.
You are right. Even if they don’t do that, looking at the render you could definitely convert it that way.
Exciting times!
Since Nagini was also a Horcrux it could be played into the lore that Voldy doesn’t want it away from his sight.
Beautiful render, it definitely captures his character.
Wow! however…
…are Knight Models moving to plastic for the HP range? If not this looks great in render but will be a pain in metal!
Very true indeed, I haven’t heard anything about a change up so unfortunately all this lovely magic energy may be reduced to strange clumps of metal with straight lined gaps in the middle of them ready for green stuffing and let’s not forget the pinning too… b****cks!
I realise that sounds very negative but it’s really just to say the sculpts deserve more, would love to see these made from what the guys at Mythic have been doing
i’m thrilled, it’s spectacular. everything I imagined it would be.
now my mind is racing at the thought of them doing magical creatures,I want everything from gnomes to dragons please. wizards and witches on broomsticks are going to be epic.
please tell me someone will make licenced terrain for the game. we should see some spectacular pieces whether or not.
if they get the rules right this could be special.
latter this year seems so far away, time turner anyone.
Thats such an amazing scupt, i cant wait for this to be released. I am a little glad that its latrr in the year though with the next blood and plunder/fabled realms/drowned earth and the new 40k all being so close!!
He looks really good for evil wizard.
Can words really say how awesome this looks?
I have zero interest in the game and no love for the IP but that is a stunning model.
This is brilliant – really characterful
a fabulous looking figure of the lord V.
