Has the ‘Point Blank’ rule been taken out with the final draft of the rules?
Yes they have. Shooting was still to effective sometimes. Especially some list get really ugly shooters as much they want. And with premeasuring you could always get that one shooting step where everything was in point blank. Ouch.
I take three catapults in my undead army and i love them. Odds wise since i have three at least one should hit every turn and normally that is how it turns out but on that turn more than one hits all i can say is ouch
Imo, the catapults seem a little OP and too accurate in the games I’ve played. And where are the war machines for the ogres? Closest thing they have to one is a ballista on a mammoth. Although that does still count as a monster, so some benefit there.
