The Iron Crows Of Durgin Paint Forge Are Live & Funded On Kickstarter
March 21, 2017 by deltagamegirl22
Durgin Paint Forge launched their Kickstarter, The Iron Crows and Other Dwarves Of Kazhuk Izril, today and it's already funded!
That can mean only one thing...stretch goals and more of all things Dwarfy.
I've been following these guys for a while now and they are such characterful Dwarves - how do you choose? They are full of all the detail you could ask for from their beards and grumpy facial expressions to their clothing and weapons.
These would be the perfect addition to a fantasy collection whether you plan to game with them or simply paint them up for your shelves.
Scenic bases have already been unlocked and we're nearly to the point of unlocking the Bulldog mini - after all, Dwarves have to have their war dogs.
Will your fantasy collection be sporting some new dwarves?

These are brilliant, there’s so much character in each sculpt 😀 . @brennon must be jammie dancing in shear delight.
Yep .. i am know about this and have been eagerly awaiting this Dawn. (After all, these are the Dwarfiest Dwarfs that have ever dwarfed since Dwarfs starting dwarfing) Sooooooooooo excited 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
Ooops, apologies @beardragon14 , i forgot you were a dwarven enthusiast as well 😀 .
It’s exciting times mate … you are excused 😉
I want it all.
You too??? I have just been working out that 195 Euro = 272 A$ …. That’s how badly I want it …….I had banked on spending $250 on it so I’ll have to see how I can manage the budget over the next month
super characterful, real fairy tale Dwarves, very cool.
I believe these are the best Dwarfs mini ever made.. Each Iron Crows could be an amazing rpg character full of style and details.
Don’t support this project means you are a elf !! XD
I believe that you are correct 😀
They look absolutely brilliant
they look great.
12 euros for a single mini on KS is a bit steep IMHO
Plus why resin and not plastic as they’d be cheaper and people could buy more
Sorry, I’m out
I think you are massively underestimating how expensive it is to make plastic miniatures, ignoring all the additional considerations about undercuts and whatnot. This Kickstarter still hasn’t made enough to cover the costs for a single mould to produce a couple of dwarfs of this quality. It would need backers in the multiple thousands.
Wow, the stunties are really popular! Between Atlantis’ fantastic looking stuff and now this, one could go broke outfitting one’s Dwarven keep. Good times!
