Folklore: The Affliction Launches New Expansion On Kickstarter

A shopkeeper waves in recognition as you walk through the town, and looks to you in hopes of news from the outside world. But you have a darker destination in mind, and no time to spare. You nod back, and take to the rooftops, and later descend to the sewers, where you hope to find the missing piece that will take you to the one place that will doom or save this land...the Dark Spire.

Folklore: The Fall of the Spire is the latest expansion for Folklore: The Affliction. Containing new character, foes, events, maps, and miniatures, in Folklore: The Fall of the Spire your character will continue to adventure through the world of Folklore.

Featuring new advanced combat and Town events, this expansion brings new triumphs and challenges to an already interesting core game.

Folklore: The Affliction is a co-operative adventure board game with no GM in which your characters undertake a quest to rid the land of evil. Taking on the role of one of six unique characters, players increase their knowledge and skill as they embark on a series of stories, broken into chapters, in order to save the world of Folklore from the horrors that infest the land.

Folklore: The Fall of the Spire brings six new characters into the game, each with their own unique set of skills and abilities. However, these new characters will be met with new Foes and Afflictions, such as the Djinn and Satyr.

With new events and stories, interesting new maps, and an advanced combat system providing greater choice and strategy to combat, Folklore: The Fall of the Spire is a massive expansion to the original game!

There's also an option to purchase the Creature Crate - a handy storage system for all the miniatures from the base game and expansions!
