Sci-Fi Ninjas & Support Packs Drop From Infinity This Month
May 18, 2020 by brennon
Corvus Belli has some fun new packs dropping for Infinity towards the end of May. Available across the 28th and 29th, they will give you some fun characters to play around with as well as a bit of support for your chosen faction.
We start with a Ninja. Why? Because ninjas are cool and when you add them into the Sci-Fi world of Infinity they become even cooler. Armed with submachine guns and a tactical bow, this is the kind of element you need to throw into your games when the kill is all that matters. Deadly in close combat and from range, this invisible weapon is going to be quite the challenge for your foe to overcome.
Sniper Killer
As well as the Ninja above, you've also got the Shasvastii Haiduk who comes with a Multi Sniper.
This alien killer hits the battlefield when you need to stop the enemy from advancing. With a sniper rifle in the mix, they will be able to watch over the battlefield from afar and pin down the elements of the enemy force that you want to stop in their tracks. The Shasvastii are some of the best looking miniatures from the Infinity range. I could see them being exceptionally fun to paint.
Support Packs
If you're playing a bit more CodeOne then you're also going to be able to get your hands on Support Packs for PanOceania and Yu Jing.
The PanOceania Support Pack comes with a Machinist, a Trauma Doc and then two Palbots which are going to be following them into the fighting. The pack for Yu Jing does more or less the same...
Here you've got a Mech-Engineer, Zhanshi Yīshēng and then finally two of the Yáozăo. The miniatures are looking fun for both and they should provide a little more depth for those who have broken out of Operation Kaldstrom and want to play more games.
Action Packed O-12
Finally, for those playing CodeOne you've also got the O-12 Action Pack. This is a nice frontline force for laying down the law.
When you need to kick ass and take names across the Infinity universe, this is the kind of force you need. I love the sculpts here and you can see a real step-up in detail and posing across the range. As part of the set, you're going to get Kappa (Combi Rifle), Delta Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) (Combi Rifle), Epsilon (MULTI Sniper), Gamma (Feuerbach), Gangbuster (Boarding Shotgun), Betatrooper (MULTI Rifle), Omega (HMG), Cuervo Goldstein (Boarding Shotgun)... so quite a lot
There is quite a lot of fun Infinity goodness dropping at the end of the month so keep an eye out!

Great stuff, really like the Haiduk and the Ninja, though the last one could do without the tactical roof.
The sniper and the ninja would make a fantastic kill team.
The 0-12 section looks good, but are they balanced enough as they are and is this for 300pts or less?
That O-12 force is 300 pts/5 SWC in the current N3 rules, as far as balance they play a lot like vanilla PanO but with a few extra tricks.
Wouldn’t the tactical bow be wasted points if the Ninja already has a SMG?
Though that would be classical Yu Jing troop design, wasting points on useless skills/gear to prevent them from being good
It’s a tactical bow or an SMG, the kit has two separate arm options.
I thought that was the tactical bow in it’s left hand, now that I look better I see it’s the sword, That makes a lot more sense, then.
