Where’s the cool cap and glasses Carlos? 😉
What about using this skill to drop directly in the enemy deployment zone?
And how do you deploy to react to this tactic?
If you are in the unlucky position that Van Zant is on your tail you could use similar troops as in this video facing your own table edge. Usually they can have their backs to some piece of terrain.
Another option I missed in this video is having a Total Reaction Remote at the ready. Although that might just be the same as saying “This dude next to me is my army Lieutenant.”
The only caveat is that not everyone brings Van Zant, so unless you’re doing it with a cheerleader you can end up tying your troopers up guarding a table edge nobody is coming on from, then some giant freakin’ werewolf with a revolver jumps over a building and bums you in the gob.
Very true. I wasn’t implying that nervously watching your back is a good strategy in this game.
The previous video explained how landing in the opposing DZ isn’t allowed for most troops.
